This is the best overall medical office I have been to in a long time. The service in the front office is exceptional. Then going to the back office wad the same. People are genuinely concerned for your wellbeing. Almost no waiting to get to back office and to see the Dr. The PA john was also caring and took great care to listen and heard my needs. I saw Dr Tayler after that and he matched all the service mentioned in the prior comments. Thank you for the great service and exceptional care!

This is not about me but a friend I recommended to the office. She saw Dr. Shah but she told me that that was the best run medical office she has ever been to and she is old like me, so she has been to a lot!
I have to agree but I will add that the Palmdale office and staff are great also.
Love the doctors also...Shah and Taylor. Caring and know their stuff. So thankful that they come to Ridgecrest but still will travel to Palmdale when necessary.

I have a broken thumb but did I stop using it? No, I am a potter. When I saw Dr. Shah he used coban on it and it makes it very easy to support.

Dr Taylor is extremely professional and thorough in his explanations of your condition and his recommendations.
The office is friendly and thorough.
The surgical team that he uses is experienced and knowledgeable. They have performed multiple procedures on myself and my wife over the years without any complaints. We both highly recommend VOI.

I spent one full year in pain before moving forward with shoulder surgery.

Staff is great and polite. I understand that delays are unpredictable in surgical procedures. Keep up the good work. Probably be back around October or November this year for injections in my hands. So far you're clinic has been good.
